education-lang-ja software package provides Debian Edu applications for Japanese installs, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install education-lang-ja
education-lang-ja is installed in your system.
Make ensure the education-lang-ja package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep education-lang-ja *
You will get with education-lang-ja package name, version, architecture and description in a table
